video idea - Man visits a doctor

A man is sick and goes to the doctor. Maybe he pulls muck from his stomach, "your soul had an oil spill." He prescribes seeds that make plants grow out of his mouth.

Then more stuff happens.

Basically I really like the idea of being able to physically visit a doctor for metaphysical problems, and the physical solutions are absurd and surreal.
