WInch and Pulley lands on LA

Good news Winch and Pulleyites,

We just wrapped a two day music video shoot for the band Tandemoro. We fully ransacked LA of cool locations Friday and Saturday, hitting everything from Randy's donuts to the several performances in the subway, to the idiots in Stormtrooper gear outside of Mann's Chinese.

We lucked out to find such a great cinematographer, Jared Abrams, who was the world's biggest sport in putting up with our low budget, permit lacking antics.

I'm also gearing up for another video the weekend of the 21/22 of may, for a hiphop group called Bad Genes.

More good news, Matt Maust has agreed to design the new winch and pulley site, so look for that within the next couple weeks. We're also in talks with him about doing a video for his band, Cold War Kids, which I am really excited about. The concept so far, integrates Matt's photography and an off the cuff sort of "Don't Look Back" style docu-performance. Shouls look quite nice.

Anyway, back to work. I've got to slag out some nonsense for the masters of the vague directive: Music Plus TV.
